After working for a mobile communications and office automation company, he joined a company that operates retail and restaurant businesses. After gaining experience in store management, he was transferred to the administration department where he managed multiple business units and learned the basics of corporate management. He then moved to a franchise consulting company, where he gained experience and achievements in a variety of positions, including corporate planning, MD/promotion management, Supervisor, and franchise store development sales, before founding a consulting company in 2013. Since acquiring a franchise consulting business in 2014, he has been involved in a wide range of activities, including supporting franchisors in building franchise headquarters and overseas expansion, consulting for companies including franchisees on business development and internal solutions, and practical support such as artwork and workflow development. Rebranded franchise-related business in 2021 and retired after 10 years in business; founded ATRUSTIA LLC. in 2023.

Mr. Sean T. Ngo is an American citizen for over 40 years. He has worked extensively in the USA and Asia, and has over 35 years of professional experience at Fortune 500 companies as well as having started his own businesses. Sean is a frequent speaker at many international franchising events and forums hosted by industry and government throughout Asia, Europe and the USA.
Prior to co-founding VF Franchise Consulting, he worked for many Fortune 500 companies, including Microsoft Corporation, Coldwell Banker, National Semiconductor Corporation, and Lockheed Martin. He has an MBA from the University of San Francisco (USF) and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State University, San Jose (SJSU).

In 1999, he moved to the U.S. and worked in sales at Nishimoto Trading Co., Ltd. (currently Wismettac Asian Foods), selling Japanese food products to Japanese restaurants and Asian groceries in New York and Boston. He gained firsthand experience of the successes and failures of many food service companies in the U.S., developed an interest in management consulting, and became a U.S. Certified Public Accountant. In 2006, he was appointed the manager of East Coast sales at the same company. He also served as a buyer, selecting products and handling negotiations with numerous food manufacturers. In 2010, he transitioned to Nagano Morita CPA Office (currently Prager Metis CPAs), with multiple bases across the U.S., supporting many Japanese companies expanding into the U.S. as a tax manager at their East Coast office until 2022.
While affiliated with the accounting firm, in 2012, he founded T Inspire Consulting, and since 2014, he has been serving as a coordinator for overseas business development in the JETRO, providing information and consulting services for Japanese companies considering expansion into New York. In 2022, he left the accounting firm to pursue automated services for U.S. expansion support and back-office support, founded T Navigation, and has been working there since.
